Ontological Learning

An ontological approach to learning and change focuses on individual emotions, actions, responsibilities and thoughts, the things that create reality on a day-to-day, moment-to-moment basis and produces your way of being in the world.

The way you give your life meaning and the the degree of passion and sincerity with which you live it, is reflected in your level of self-awareness.  This is your power to observe and interpret your own and other people's . . . .

  language - words and metaphors

mood state - emotions and character

body movement - posture and gestures.

relationship - with other people and things

In the ontological domain you focus on the making things happen from the feedback you get through conversation and observation.  It is turning sensory knowing and critcal reflection into language that secures effective action. It's about being motivated, committed and conscious of what is for you the right action.
