I offer a cost effective coaching service for professionals that allows you to get the best out of our coaching services to fit your needs.The system is set up to allow for payment prior to a scheduled coaching sessions. Invoicing arrangements are available for corporate clients.

Listed below are prices for the different types of coaching service we offer, together with Paypal Payment Services that take payment from all leading credit or debit cards. Travel costs are invoiced separately as required. I also accept payment by cheque or cash where appropriate. The rates for face-to-face and telephone coaching are based on £1.00 a minute. The initial session is free and could take over an hour.

All clients receive a free subscription to The Change Zone Knowledge Base which contains a wealth of exercises, techniques and resources that can be accessed 24/7 to support all our coaching activities and conversations.
This popular service combines telephone and email coaching to allow for immediate goals to be addressed and deeper issues to be explored. It can be offered as an anonymous service should you not want your employer or work colleagues to know. Working by 'phone and email means that appointments can be made to fit your schedule and location, and additional support can be accessed between coaching sessions as and when you require them. We currently have a number of international client organisations who use us to support their professional development when working for themselves, perhaps independently from home or remotely from the office.

These coaching sessions can be booked as single sessions at times and durations to suit you, and over periods to fit in with your situation, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Every sixth session is a free. You must pay at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session by credit card or cheque.

Email Coaching
This is excellent value for money for busy people who want to engage in their own time and lace Email coaching gives both coach and client time for reflection and preparation to ensure a quality conversation. It is charged in £60 chunks entitling you to up to 6 emails each way. Each exchange takes approximately 40 minutes of reading, thinking and responding. The timing and pace of the coaching is controlled by you. We usually respond within 48 hours.
